By using the Ratiby app or ratiby.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Nature of the service
Ratiby is a tool for calculating net salary, end-of-service gratuity, overtime pay, and browsing government and private-sector salary scales in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is an estimation reference intended for guidance only.
2. Acceptable use
- The app is for personal use.
- You may not copy, modify, or commercially distribute the content without written permission.
- You may not use the service in ways that violate Saudi or international law.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
3. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable effort to keep salary scales and Saudi Labor Law references (Articles 84, 85, 107) up to date, but we do not guarantee that the content is fully accurate at all times. For official figures, please refer to:

- The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)
- Your employment contract or your employer's HR department
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights in the app, logo, design, and software are owned by the developer. Salary scales and referenced laws are public information published officially.
5. Advertising
Ratiby is free and relies on advertising to sustain itself: the app uses Google AdMob and the website uses Google AdSense. 6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer is not liable for:
- Any financial or professional decision made based on the app's output.
- Differences between calculated results and actually disbursed amounts.

7. Updates and discontinuation
We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time. These terms may change; continued use after publication means you accept the updated version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent Saudi courts.
