What is Ratiby?
Ratiby is a Saudi-focused platform for salary and entitlement calculators covering both the government and private sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We provide a set of free tools that help you work out your net pay after GOSI, your end-of-service benefits, your overtime pay, browse the official salary scales, and track salary and government-subsidy payment dates: all available on the web and in our iPhone and iPad app.
Our mission
We believe every employee deserves to understand their pay and rights clearly, without complexity or the need for accounting or legal expertise. Our mission is to turn the text of official regulations: the Labor Law, the Civil Service HR regulations, and the social-insurance rules, into simple, fast, and accurate tools anyone can use in seconds.
How we build our calculators (our methodology)
Accuracy is a responsibility we take seriously, especially because this content concerns people's money and entitlements. We follow a clear methodology for every calculator and page:
- Official sources first: every formula, rate, and value is drawn directly from the regulations published by the competent Saudi authorities (GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources, and the Ministry of Finance).
- We show the math, not hide it: each page lays out the calculation steps and the full formula so you can verify the result yourself and reconcile it with your own payslip.
- We separate the two sectors: we clearly distinguish private-sector rules (Labor Law) from government rules (Civil Service regulations and the Civil Pension Law), because they differ fundamentally.
- Continuous updates: we review figures whenever a regulation changes (such as the phased GOSI contribution increases for 2025-2028), and we display the last-updated date at the top of every page.

Who we are
Ratiby is an independent project built by a small team passionate about technology and genuinely useful content, with the goal of simplifying financial and administrative information for employees in the Kingdom. We are not affiliated with any government body and do not provide recruitment or brokerage services. We sustain the project through advertising, which lets us keep all the tools completely free.
